Audi A3 MHIG MIB1 High firmware

MHIG_US_AU_K2018 MU0406 is intended for compatible North American Audi A3 MIB1 High units using the MHIG_US_AU_ software family.

It cannot be installed on MHS2, MHI2, MHI3, MSTD or other infotainment families.

Audi A3 MHS2 MIB2 Scale firmware

The available North American MHS2 firmware releases are:

• MHS2_US_AU_P2037 MU0185

These packages are intended for compatible units whose firmware begins with MHS2_US_AU_. An intermediate version may be required depending on the currently installed firmware and the selected upgrade path.

Audi A3 MHI2 MIB2 High firmware

The MHI2 products are intended for compatible Audi A3, S3 and RS3 8V units using the North American MHI2_US_AU37x_ software branch.

Available versions include:

• MHI2_US_AU37x_P4219 MU1196
• MHI2_US_AU37x_P5107 MU1363

AU37x firmware must not be installed on another MHI2 hardware family or on an MHI2Q or MHS2 unit.

Audi MHI3 North America firmware

MHI3_US_AUG45S_K3281 is intended for compatible North American MHI3 infotainment hardware. Confirm the complete MHI3 software train and supported vehicle hardware before installation.

An MHI3 firmware package cannot be used on MHI2, MHI2Q, MHS2 or earlier MIB systems.

3. Identify the software family and hardware branch.
4. Confirm that the firmware uses a North American US designation.
