A complete region-conversion package for compatible Audi A7 C7 vehicles equipped with MMI 3G Plus from the HN+R software family. It changes a supported Australia or New Zealand ROW configuration to European firmware and European navigation maps.

Compatible system and original regions
The package is designed exclusively for compatible MMI 3G Plus units using the HN+R firmware branch. It supports conversion to Europe from:
- Australia and New Zealand
- Singapore
- Middle East
- South Africa
- other compatible ROW regions
HN+R and HN+ are different systems
This conversion cannot be installed on the HN+ software family used in models such as the Audi A4, A5, Q5 and Q7. The current firmware must belong to the supported HN+R branch.
USA and Canada require a different conversion
This package must not be used for North American HN+R units. USA and Canada systems require a separate conversion product and a region-specific procedure.
Recommended conversion sequence
- Confirm that the complete firmware designation begins with HN+R_.
- Verify that the original region is supported by this conversion.
- Back up the existing configuration where instructed.
- Enable the Hidden Green Menu if it is not already accessible.
- Install the supplied European firmware and regional conversion files.
- Confirm that the target firmware is HN+R_EU_AU_P1001.
- Install European navigation maps version 6.36.0.
- Install the supplied navigation activation.
- Use the included 03623 remover if the Invalid Security fault appears.
- Restart the MMI and verify the European firmware and navigation versions.
BOSE update warning
If the Audi A7 has a BOSE sound system, deselect the BOSE amplifier during the firmware update. Updating it unnecessarily can remove its parameterization and result in loss of sound. Bang & Olufsen can remain selected.
