MMI 3G Plus units allow you to make a full connection with MMI, you can use it as a handsfree for phone calls, and to stream music.
MMI 3G Basic / High only allow you to use your phone with MMI as a handsfree only for phone calls.

How to play music via bluetooth on MMI 2G High / MMI 3G Basic & High?
To stream music via bluetooth on to MMI 2G High, MMI 3G Basic & MMI 3G High you will need separate external module.
